Days Gastronòmiques of Calçots in Contempo

The calçots, product smashes of the season, are protagonists of the 2 to the 12 of February in the Restaurant Contempo of Barcelona, situated in one of the most emblematic places of the city, Plaza Catalonia. 

For this, the restaurant has created a very special menu of €28 (included cellar) that contains a degustació of dishes to share, how calçots to the brasa with romesco, calçot stuffed of brandada of cod gratinada, croquettes of the calçots and chicken, and calçot in tempura with sauce romesco. 

Regarding the main will give to choose between chuletón of cow to the brasa with escalibada and potato to the ember, or drum of carrillera with sauce of chalotas and trompetes of the death. 

To finish the chef proposes, flam of killed with crumblé of pipes of carabassa or Catalan cream with red fruits. 

This delicious menu will accompany of wines like Garbó - Viñas del Montsant - D.O. Montsant, o 5 Viudas Xarel·lo - Bodega Segura Viudas - D.O. Catalunya.

This menu will be available of the 2 to the 12 of February, of 13 to 16 and of 20 to 23 h in  the Restaurant Contempo.
