III Mushrooms food festival at Contempo from October 18th to 28th


Mushrooms are a good source of vegetable proteins as well as being a superior gastronomic product. Therefore, Contempo has created some special dishes with this product that will delight your palate.

A tasting menu that you can taste from October 18 to 28, with dishes such as tomato carpaccio with sauted chanterelle mushrooms, crunchy pork dewlap with stewed llenegas and poached egg or confited penny bun and partridge rice, among others.
